Printed foamex board perfect for all your outdoor advertising needs! Printed on the very best large format digital presses our foamex signs are perfect for event branding, roadside advertising or construction sites.

All our foamex signs are printed in-house at our Belfast print store using only the very best 5mm material printed at 1080dpi. Foamex signage is a cheap way to get your message out there on a large scale, without costing you a small fortune.

All our signage is waterproof and able to withstand the elements, meaning you don't have to worry about losing your message when advertising outdoors no matter where you are in the UK or Ireland.

We supply all our correx, dibond and foamex boards in the standard sizes listed, however, if there's a size you require that isn't listed don't worry we are able to create and print any size board you need.

Artwork Guidelines

Small & Large Format Printing...

We understand not everyone that needs print is a graphic designer or advertising agency, this is why we have made our print guidelines as simple as possible to follow and understand. Simply follow the rules listed below when setting up your artwork, but if you do get lost don't worry you can contact our team to assists you.

- PDF Format or High Resolution JPG
- 3mm bleeds complete with crop marks
- 3mm safe area (keep text at least 3mm away from the edge)
- Text converted to curves/outlines
- At least 300dpi for all non vector graphics
- CMYK colour format
- Transparencies, drop shadows and complex gradients flattened where possible

Turnaround & Deliveries

Everything you need to know about timescales and deliveries...

At Print Zoo our main aim is to always keep our customers informed from start to finish what is happening with their order, however we always get asked the same question 'How long will my order take?' So we decided to make our turn around times as clear and simple as possible.

So here we go... All our litho printing takes 4 working days during the production process and then delivered to you on day 5, so for example if you place an order on a Monday morning before 10am this will be your first production day meaning your order will be printed and sent out by courier on day 5 which would be the Friday of the same week. The only product not included in this turn around time is booklets as these take 7 working days to complete as standard.

Our digital printing service on the other hand doesn't take as long during production meaning your order only takes 48 hours to complete, so for example if you order on a Monday your order will be ready on Wednesday for collection or will be sent to you via courier on this day.

Large format printing on the other hand takes 3-5 working days to produce depending on the product you have ordered and also if there is fitting required. Please contact our team if you would like to find out more about our large format printing service.

We also understand that sometimes when running your business you can forget about that all-important print job that you needed and might need it quicker, don't worry we have you covered! If you find yourself needing any print job faster than laid out above please give our team a call and we will do our best to help. We can usually turn around most jobs within 24-48 hours, but we have been known to get print out same day in an emergency.

- Same Day Service added cost 50% of total job

- Next Day Service added cost 25% of total job
