Three simple ways to supply artwork
Your files should always be connected to a product or order reference so we can move them into production without delay.
Send it after checkout
Complete your order first, then email the artwork to production@printzoo.uk with the order number in the subject line.
Share larger files
Use WeTransfer or MailBigFile. Paste any sharing link into your order notes, or have the service send the transfer to our production team.
A QUICK PRE-FLIGHT CHECK
Set your artwork up for brilliant print
Preferred format
Supply a print-ready PDF whenever possible. High-resolution JPG and PNG files can also be reviewed.
Add bleed
Include 3mm bleed where the product requires it, with backgrounds and images extending beyond the trim edge.
Resolution
Use images at approximately 300dpi at their final printed size wherever possible.
Colour setup
Use CMYK colour values when supported by your design software for more predictable printed colour.
Fonts and safe areas
Embed fonts or convert them to outlines, and keep important text and logos safely inside the trim edge.
Page order
For multi-page products, supply pages at the correct size and in the intended running order.

Sending a sharing link?
WeTransfer and MailBigFile open as separate file-transfer services. Send the transfer to production@printzoo.uk or paste the sharing link into your order notes, and always include your order number.
