Plan the printed details that help customers book and guests enjoy your Christmas event. An agreed brief makes menus, posters and event displays easier to coordinate.
Build the event print list
Separate the items that attract bookings from the pieces used on the day. Posters and banners explain the event; menus introduce the food; invitations or seating information may be needed for particular formats. Choose what makes the booking and guest experience clearer rather than ordering every possible item.
Agree one source of event information
Keep the date, time, location, booking method and approved pricing in one working brief. Update every design when details change. Have the responsible venue team approve dish descriptions, dietary wording and package terms before signing off artwork.
Plan quantities by use
Count the display locations, tables or attendees served by each item. One menu per table needs a different quantity from one per guest. For a series of events, decide whether one flexible design covers the programme or separate dated versions are required.
Keep the artwork practical
Use large, readable headings on posters and save detailed information for menus or handouts. Use the right template and check folds, safe areas and bleed. Test QR codes from a printed proof and ensure the destination contains the correct event details.
Confirm the schedule
There is no single production cutoff for every printed item. Material, quantity, finishing, artwork approval and delivery affect timing. Send the required arrival date and full specification for confirmation. Include delivery locations and any split-delivery needs so the quotation reflects the actual job.
