Which artwork file types do you accept?

PDF is our preferred format for print-ready artwork. We can also review files from Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, plus high-resolution JPG files. Supply images at 300dpi where possible and follow the artwork guidance shown on the relevant product page.

How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, specification and artwork approval. Check the turnaround information shown on the product page before ordering. If you have a fixed deadline, contact the team before placing the order so the available service can be confirmed.

Where can I find artwork templates?

Visit our free print templates page to download available blank templates. If the template you need is not listed, contact Print Zoo.

Can Print Zoo help with artwork or design?

Yes. If your file is not print-ready, contact us before ordering. Creative Zoo supports graphic design and branding requirements, while the Print Zoo team can explain product artwork specifications.

Do you offer fitting for graphics?

Fitting may be available for selected window graphics, wall coverings and signage projects and carries an additional charge. Contact the team before ordering to discuss the location, measurements and fitting requirements.
