Window graphics, posters and banners work best when each has a clear job. Start with the display location and the message customers need to see before choosing your print.
Choose the viewing direction first
State where the reader will stand and which side of the glass the graphic will be fitted to. Give each pane a reference and measure it separately. Photos showing frames, handles and existing graphics help avoid placing key wording where it will be obscured.
Give the shopfront one clear job
Use the main headline for the reason to visit: a new range, opening-time change or event. Keep secondary details to the minimum needed to act. Posters inside can explain the offer in more detail, while a suitable banner can extend the message into a larger display area.
Choose the material for the situation
Describe the fitting surface, indoor or outdoor position, required lifespan and whether the graphic will be temporary. Standard printed window graphics and one-way vision graphics solve different display needs. Ask about the appropriate material and application direction rather than choosing only by appearance in a photograph.
Build an order list by location
List pane dimensions, poster sizes, banner positions and quantities. For several branches, check each site rather than assuming all windows match. Keep a separate artwork file and reference for each version so the right design reaches the right location.
Check the campaign before print
Verify dates, prices, terms and destination links. Test QR codes from a printed proof and check readability at the expected viewing distance. Share the required arrival date with Print Zoo and confirm production and delivery arrangements before ordering.
