What does the 10% discount apply to?
The discount applies to eligible standard online print products ordered through an approved organisation account. Bespoke quotations, graphic design, fitting, delivery, outsourced or specialist items, and products already reduced or included in another promotion may be excluded. We will confirm how the benefit applies when approving the account.
Can the discount be combined with other offers?
Unless Print Zoo confirms otherwise in writing, Charity Perks cannot be combined with another discount code, account rate, promotion or previously agreed quotation. The most appropriate eligible offer will apply.
Who may use an approved account?
The benefit is for print purchased on behalf of the approved organisation. It is not transferable and must not be used for personal work, commercial resale or orders for an unrelated third party. The organisation is responsible for access to its account.
Can eligibility change?
Print Zoo may request updated evidence, review eligibility, amend the programme or withdraw access where an account is inactive, used outside the programme purpose, contains inaccurate information or is otherwise misused. Any order already accepted remains subject to the terms agreed for that order.
Do normal artwork and delivery terms still apply?
Yes. Product specifications, artwork approval, production turnaround, delivery transit and all applicable store policies continue to apply. Production turnaround starts only after usable artwork and any required approval are received; delivery time is additional.
